Order Form
The circle is the most useful shape in stickers and the most ordered. It has no corners to catch and lift, it sits neatly on a curved surface like a jar or a bottle, and it reads as deliberate rather than as a rectangle that happened to be printed.
Circle stickers work as packaging seals, product labels, promotional giveaways and brand marks. Choose your diameter, material and quantity below to see live pricing.

Why the circle works
No corners is the practical reason. Every sticker fails at its edges, and corners are where lifting starts — they catch on fingers, clothing and packaging. A circle has no leading corner, so it holds longer on anything handled.
The second reason is curvature. A round sticker on a curved surface — a jar lid, a bottle shoulder, a tin — conforms far more evenly than a rectangle does, because the stress is distributed rather than concentrated at four points.
The third is visual. A circle reads as a mark, a seal or a badge. A rectangle reads as a label. For branding, that distinction does more work than most people expect.
Choosing a diameter
Small circles, roughly 25 to 40 millimetres, suit packaging seals, jar lids and anything where the sticker supports the product rather than announcing it.
Mid-size circles, around 50 to 75 millimetres, are the most ordered. Large enough to carry a logo and a line of text legibly, small enough to sit on most packaging without dominating it.
Large circles, 100 millimetres and up, work as standalone branding on boxes, laptops, windows and promotional giveaways.
The limit is not the diameter but the detail inside it. Fine type and thin lines have a minimum size at which they stop reproducing cleanly, and that is worth checking before committing to a small run.
Materials and finishes
Vinyl for anything that will get wet, go outside, be refrigerated or be handled repeatedly. It is the right default for product packaging and giveaways.
Paper for short-life indoor use where cost matters most — event seals, temporary marking, internal use.
Gloss for maximum colour. Matte for a softer, more premium finish that photographs well. Clear vinyl where the surface should show through around the design, which suits glass jars and bottles particularly well.
A laminate adds abrasion resistance and is worth specifying on anything that will be handled or shipped.
Common uses
Packaging seals on boxes, bags and tissue paper — the sticker that holds the wrap closed and carries the brand at the same time.
Jar and bottle lids for food, candles, cosmetics and small-batch production.
Promotional giveaways at events, where the circle format is the most collected and most applied.
Price and information dots on retail stock.
Brand marks on laptops, drink bottles and equipment.
Frequently asked questions
What sizes do circle stickers come in?
Any diameter. The most ordered sit between 50 and 75 millimetres, which carries a logo and a line of text legibly. Smaller circles suit seals and jar lids; larger ones work as standalone branding.
Are circle stickers more expensive than squares?
No. Die-cutting to a circle costs no more than a straight cut at most sizes, and circles are among the most economical shapes to produce because they nest efficiently on the sheet.
Will they stick to a curved jar or bottle?
Yes, and better than a rectangle would. A circle distributes the stress of the curve evenly rather than concentrating it at corners, so it conforms without lifting at the edges.
Can I get them on a roll?
Circle stickers can be supplied on sheets or, for larger quantities and repeated application, on rolls. Rolls suit production lines and anywhere the same sticker is applied many times.
Which material for food packaging?
Vinyl for anything refrigerated, damp or handled. Paper suits dry, short-life applications. If the sticker will be on a jar going in a fridge, vinyl is the answer.
Can I have several designs in one order?
Yes, and it is cheaper than separate runs. Multiple designs printed together also keep colour consistent across the whole set.
What is the smallest circle you can print?
Very small diameters are possible. The practical limit is the detail inside the design rather than the circle itself — fine type and thin lines reach a point where they stop reproducing cleanly.
Do you print white ink?
Yes. On clear vinyl, a white base under the colours keeps them accurate rather than letting them sink into whatever is behind. Say if your design needs it and we will advise.
How do I supply artwork for a circle?
Vector artwork with the design centred and a small margin from the edge. Keep important elements away from the outer few millimetres so nothing is lost to cutting tolerance.
Can circle stickers be removable?
Yes. Removable adhesive releases cleanly from most surfaces, which suits seasonal packaging, promotional use and anything you expect to take off later. Specify it when ordering.
